Return and Refund Policy

At Rushing Construction, we’re committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and ensuring your satisfaction. Here’s how we handle guarantees, refunds, cancellations, and materials:

Satisfaction Guarantee – 60 Days Strong
We back our craftsmanship with a 60-day guarantee. If something we’ve repaired, installed, or built—like a shaky shelf, a leaky faucet fix, or a deck patch—doesn’t hold up due to our work within 60 days of completion, we’ll return to fix it at no extra charge. This doesn’t cover damage from misuse, weather, or unrelated issues. Just give us a call, and we’ll make it right—fast.

Deposits and Payments
For projects requiring a deposit, that amount is non-refundable once we begin work. This covers initial expenses like ordering materials, scheduling labor, and preparing for your job. If you change your mind before we start, you’re eligible for a full refund of your deposit, as long as you notify us prior to the scheduled start date (see cancellation terms below). Once work is completed and final payment is made, refunds aren’t typically offered unless covered by our guarantee.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please let us know as soon as possible:

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: You’ll receive a full refund of any deposit paid, no questions asked.
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time: A $50 cancellation fee will apply, deducted from your deposit, to account for lost scheduling opportunities and administrative costs. The remainder of your deposit, if any, will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
  If work has already started, no refunds will be issued, but we’ll work with you to address any concerns under our guarantee.

How to Request a Refund or Service Fix
To initiate a refund, return, or service correction, contact us at  (629) 302-0990 or christian@rushingconstruction.org within the 30-day guarantee period. Provide your name, project details, and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll respond within 48 hours to arrange next steps, whether that’s a site visit, refund processing, or material return.

Exclusions
This policy doesn’t cover:

• Changing of mind after work is completed to your specifications.
• Issues arising from customer-provided materials or instructions we followed in good faith.
• External factors like weather, vandalism, or unrelated structural problems.
